"Ham salad?"

"I don't like salad." she said

"Sandwich?"

"Do you do ham sandwiches, oh yes please" she said.

"The sandwich comes with a little salad on the side....would you prefer not to have it?"

"I'll have it," she said, "then I can put it in my sandwich."
