I picked up the bread, did a quick shop for necessities we'd run out of and the ingredients for coleslaw and left a team of four to it. It rained a lot, and I thought there were too many people working, but there was stuff to get on with if custom was slow. On my return I was told they'd been busy but they'd coped well, the till balanced (almost - out by 10p) and there was a message for me: "Please may we have a box grater to help us make the coleslaw.
